Made include guards uniform, using the command sc-intern/edit-scripts/update-include-guards.py Core Fit GUI/coregui GUI/crashhandler/

rename GUI/coregui/utils/stringutils -> qstringutils to distinguish them from GUI/externals/qt-manhattan-style/stringutils.

This resolves #1477.
