Resolve "GUI Layout verbessern"

d.kilic requested to merge 7-gui-layout-verbessern-2 into master

Changed the size policy and min/max size of some elements to enable a responsive GUI.

Check layout on different systems:

  • Windows
  • MacOS
  • Linux

Note: #7 (closed) is not resolved, since the UI still doesn't start fine on platforms other than windows. But since it still is an improvement over the status quo, it will be merged. Control can be resized by the user to correct the wrong/too small starting size. This changed size gets remembered by PeTrack.
