Switch between both intrinsic calibration models

This MR implements calculating the intrinsic calibration for the old and the extended model and being able to switch between both instantly. Also a message box pops up when you try to switch models after setting an extrinsic calibration, leaving you some options to continue.
Waiting for #474 (closed) to be resolved before finishing this MR
