Resolve "Optimize visual representation of skeleton coming vfrom c3d"

This PR changes the visualization of XSens MoCap-Data to now using joints instead of bony landmarks whenever possible.

I'd like to collect feedback on the new looks before merging, that is why this is still a Draft. The codechanges itself should already be complete.
