This MR contains some reorganisation of the source code regarding the instrument view:

InstrumentView itself was moved to the directory GUI/Views/InstrumentWidgets
DistributionDialog, DistributionEditor and DistributionWidget were moved from GUI/Views/InfoWidgets to GUI/Views/InstrumentWidgets
The obsolete sourcecode ExtendedDetectorDialog and DetectorMaskDelegate was removed.
