Reorg dirs: instrument view

reorg_dirs into develop

This MR contains some reorganisation of the source code regarding the instrument view:

  • InstrumentView itself was moved to the directory GUI/Views/InstrumentWidgets
  • DistributionDialog, DistributionEditor and DistributionWidget were moved from GUI/Views/InfoWidgets to GUI/Views/InstrumentWidgets
  • The obsolete sourcecode ExtendedDetectorDialog and DetectorMaskDelegate was removed.
