Tear down coords/units; add LambdaScan

Removed ICoordSystem and children. Coordinate name and unit are now held by Scale::name. Removed 'units' argument from ba_plot. Removed some uses of '[xyz]label' argument. Removed some unit tests.

Added LambdaScan, for time-of-flight offspec.

  • Restore image axes in degrees.
  • Merge classes SimulationResult and Datafield.
  • Fix specular ToF example
