Create temporary coord system to provide axes units for depth probe data item (#480)

The general problem is described in #478 (closed).

More local thing is the necessity to create a coordinate system for getting the list of available axes units.

The instrument type should be enough to provide such a list (#505 (closed)).

This temporary solution creates temporary coordinate system with empty sample.

This resolves #480 (closed).
