GUI: let users choose color map gradient

Surprisingly, the GUI seems not to support free choice of the color map gradient. This could be implemented as a pull-down menu under "Settings".

Handling of color gradients is currently in GUI/Model/Data/IntensityDataItem.cpp and GUI/View/PlotUtil/RangeUtils.cpp.
