2. Tests for AttLimits, FitParameter, FitParameterLinked

Winbuild: more exports to the dll, WinDllMacros now automatically included from CMake into all headers

Fixed minor warnings from PVS studio, attempt under Windows  to resolve unresolved moving headers around.

PythonAPI regenerated, IComposite iterators removed from Python API due to Windows, removed generation of *.pri files
