Debian package works from the box now. postinst and prerm scripts in the debian directory take care of the symbolic links.

Modifications of example 1 in section “Simulation” of BornAgain manual in order to match the script given in the Appendix

Added NAMELINK_ONLY to create a symlink of .so files in the python modules dir. Does not work yet :(.

Examples/Demos/simul_demo_movie* were rewritten via try/except to consider the case if user does not have a write permission to the folder where examples are installed.

revised version of BornAgain manual and corrected version of FormFactorBox.cpp (implementation of radius and length)
