Failed functional tests store data in zipped format now, IntensityFunctions cleanup from old style masking

Removed normalization completely from detector (Simulation is able to handle this from the information in the different SimulationElements)

Removed Simulation::normalize() from public interface; normalization is now automatic when beam intensity > 0
