Examples moved up from Examples/Python/* to Examples/

python/

All simulation examples now take argument -p or filename. All fitting examples are taken out from the persistence tests. All persistence tests pass, but they do not yet test persistence.

This resolves #1071.
Manually repaired AllFormFactorsAvailable.py.

Remove depth parameter from ParticleLayout::addParticle() method: final step (all python usages, docs)

Provided possibility of giving different weights to different layouts in a layer (determined by the sum of the particle abundances in each layout)
