Command line version of python script for lines of code cl_lines_of_code.py is created. Release.sh is not finished and tested yet.

1. The variables to set the BornAgain version are all shifted to the main CMakeLists.txt. All options too.
2. Fixed dependencies for the debian package building. Fixed garbage production in the package/bin folder.

Writen CMakeLists.txt to build the user manual using CMake. Just switch on the BORNAGAIN_MAN option.

Implemented automatic propagation of BornAgain version number via cmake. Version must be defined only in the file cmake/modules/BornAgainMacros.cmake.

Added cpack options to generate quick and dirty debian package using cpack or make package command. To build the debiam package option BUILD_DEBIAN should be ON.

Added more regexps to the list of files which should be ignored by generating of the source package.

Made interference function strategies independent of scalar/matrix formalism; this now enables all strategies to be used with polarization
