RealParameter is now pure virtual. Temporarily, all parameters are Scalar. In the next step, each single parameter will be given its appropriate physical dimension.

This make Fit again independent of Core, and thereby resolves #1555.

Top-level routines moved from Fit/Suite to Core/Fitting.
Some base classes and utilities moved from Core to Fit/Utils. This requires more thought.

a parameter is more than its value. A parameter has at least a name, a
physical dimension, and a value. So, our class is not ParameterWrapper,
but a ParameterValueWrapper, or a Parameter for short.)

Since RealParameterWrapper now knows its name, ParameterPool needs no longer to use a map: converted to vector, just for conciseness.

This resolves #1513.

Replaced another typedef (shared_ptr<ISampleBuilder>).

Insert new header comment block, remove old one, manually improve file comments (defines / implements), change brief function description to doxygen format, remove some outcommented code
