Refactor: pulled dwba decoration of form factors out of LayerStrategyBuilder and into global function

Fix: for polarized calculations, every thread should only calculate its portion of the detector intensity

Completed creation of mess form factor that supports polarized calculations; refactor: remove spaces before public, protected, private

Refactor: changed evaluate interface of interference functions and form factors to use angle bins instead of only angles

  extended subtitle; full affiliation)
- rework introduction (separate paragraph on IsGisaxs)
- reword a few paragraphs

Moved some implementations out of header file; fixed ParticleCoreShell for matrix form factor creation

Merged form factor material decorators into FormFactorDecoratorMaterial (for both matrix and scalar materials); moved matrix evaluate to IFormFactor; removed FormFactorPol

Refactor: internally store material pointers in FormFactorDecoratorScalarMaterial instead of the refractive indices
