removed parent from constructor

Removed omnipresence of P_NAME property in ParameterizedItem: itemName() now returns displayName() if the P_NAME property is absent

Refactored translation of parameter names (now using a strategy class for the special cases, which is easier to avoid code duplication) and provided translation from domain to GUI names

Enforce core ParticleItem to be the first particle in the child list of ParticleCoreShellItem (for consistency with domain)

Remove createFormFactor from TransformToDomain (this functionality was already present in FormFactorItem classes)
