TestFittingModule switched to new FitSuite, Observer pattern and new FittingHelper to follow fit iterations

Bug fix in OutputData from ASCII file, TestMesoCrystal moved in TestMesoCrystal1, TestMesoCrystal2 now for fit purposes, bug fix in MultiLayerRoughnessDWBA calculations (m_alpha_i -> -m_alpha_i)

Protection against positional options arguments (without '--'). New GISASFW_JCNS environment variable.

Added Xcode project file (with 4 targets) and (temporarily) fixed problem with dynamic_cast of templates

Lattice back as it was, fix in DWBADiffuseSimulation with getCurrentValueOfAxis inside loop, new GISASFW_DEBUG variable in pro file
