Provide clone for MultiLayer. MultiLayer now holds vector<Layer *> , i.e. pointers instead of objects.

New MaterialManager and updates in MultiLayer. Problem in LayerInterface exists (screwed pointers to layers).

On the way to add roughnesses of layers: new classes IRoughness, LayerInterface, lots of comments and const references. New Doc/Doxyfile for oxygen generation.

Added two unit tests for OutputData<T> class and implemented small changes in NamedVector and OutputData classes to improve usage.

Added ThirdParty directory, Googletest framework and a the unit test project for Core, containing a dummy unit test.
