PyPersistTest now compares dat and ref YAML tree entry by entry, allowing for a tolerance for floating-point numbers.
Still to do:
- allow for "VARIABILITY" anywhere in the tree
- generate YAML output from Fit tests.

Correct .h file header comments: "Declares" -> "Defines". Also remove include comment "inheriting from". This resolves #1550.

Meaningful persistence tests in place for all Example/python/simulation, except for SpecularSimulation.py which only writes a trivial text line. This resolves much of #1440.

This is, however, no good solution because one test may write several intensity maps with different reproducibility levels.

Resolving #1440: CMake part done. C++ part half done. Still TODO: (C++) compare with reference (Py) modify all examples

Merge IFunctionalTest::analyzeResults() into IFunctionalTest::runTest() [Tests are a sequence of actions, each of which may result in failure. Therefore there is no natural division between test and analysis]. Also detect errors from Python script execution commands. This partly resolves #1571.

mv PyCore/suite/PySuiteTest.cpp -> PyCore/suite/PyCoreTest.cpp; wrote or improved class header comments in Test/Functional

Made include guards uniform, using the command sc-intern/edit-scripts/update-include-guards.py Core Fit GUI/coregui GUI/crashhandler/

Start making more consequential use of INamed.

Further simplify PyScriptFunctionalTest: set m_pyscript_filename from name; use std::rename to move test to 00_failed_tests

Remove empty line from Googletest output.
