Update jba29 parcellation with new bigbrain areas

Ahmet Nihat Simsek requested to merge jba29_addBigBrainRegions into master

The areas found by Christian are deemed to be a part of the JBA2.9 atlas as well. It is decided that we add them to the parcellation tree.
