Update master to the most recent version of configurations

Dickscheid, Timo requested to merge unify_datasets into master

This PR will update the long outdated master branch with the recent unify_datasets, which is used since several releases of siibra-python. Since releases point directly to tags of siibra-configurations, we should not see complications.
