Enable multiline comments

Extend comment functionality:

• Add timestamp (frame) for the time the comment is set
  • Enable multi line comments by changing to a multi line dialog
  • When saving and loading line breaks get replaced with '
    ' and vice versa
  • Append 'Frame :' if this has not already be done
