Enquote path when using PeTrack via DblClick

  • Using PeTrack via DblClick on a .pet file on Windows now enquotes the path
    • This enables support of paths including a space

NOTE: The error only occurs when using the DblClick feature of an installed PeTrack. Opening the project from PeTrack works already without this change.
