Adapt description of keybindings depending on OS

Schrödter, Tobias requested to merge 341-wrong-describtion-of-keybindings-on-macos into master

The description of the keybindings was misleading on MacOS, hence it is now adapted depending on the used OS. Also some symbols were added, to make it more clear which keys are meant.
