Resolve "Add CodeMarkerOptions"

This MR

  • creates a CodeMarkerOptions-Class
  • changes the findCodeMarker-function to use said class
  • establishes the connection between CodeMarkerWidget and CodeMarkerOptions

Still TODO:

  • Make CodeMarkerOptions write into the XML
  • Get rid of Control-Ptr in CodeMarkerOptions
