Reuse existing compilation from build step when building the windows installer

The newly added workflow tests the building, unit tests, and regression tests on our Mac OS runner. Additionally when creating a release the installer will be uploaded to sciebo. 

- Add clang-format file
- Add scripts and format check for CI
    - script for checking the format (bash)
    - script for formatting the code (bash)
- Add format checking to CI
- Reformat project with clang-format

* Adds the CI configuration for building and unit testing on a arch linux machine as docker container.
* Adds the Dockerfile to create the docker image for the used docker container.
* Builds docker container via CI and uploads it to the GitLab container registry on changes to Dockerfile or new Branch

- Add catch2 and trompeloeil
- Update to CI to execute unit tests
- minor fixes of depreacation and warnings
- Color can be selected by clicking on the specific hat

And minor bugfix in tracker.cpp
