Rework of SideBar design

Trageser requested to merge sidebar_rework into main

This changes Sidebar of OpenHKL to save space on the device's monitor (especially on Laptops/MacBooks:

  • Icon size is reduced to 50x50
  • Remove Icon/Subframes names from below the icons
  • Adding display of Subframe names a QToolTipText next to Sidebar icons
