rm parent from QcrAction

This resolves Steca bug steca#54 (closed).

To the best of my understanding, on quiting the GUI, there were two attempts to destroy triggers: from QApplication and from MainWindow. With this MR, triggers no longer have qApp as a parent, and the bug is gone.
