GUI refactoring: mappers removed from MaskViews and ProjectionsPlot

Now mappers attend in only two places: FitParameterItem and GroupItem. The substitution of these mappers is not obvious to me and it can be postponed for some time.

Some classes were moved to more appropriate places:

SpecularDataPropertyWidget to PlotSpecular/

ColorMap and ColorMapCanvas to Plot2D/

IntensityDataPropertyWidget to Plot2D/
