Update the documentation according to the latest changes

The contents documentation of the documentation are updated according to the latest changes in the code base and CI mechanism.

Main changes are the following:

  • The non-functioning collapse blocks (defined in shortcodes parts) are replaced with details blocks.
  • Python documentation is updated with the instructions to install the Python package ('wheel').
  • Instructions to install Qt via command line are added to build instructions.
  • Renamed libBornAgainCore to libBornAgainSim.
  • The internal and external links are updated.

The webpages are tested with Mozilla Firefox 100.0 and Chromium 101.0 under Debian/Linux, and Microsoft Edge 101.0 under Windows.
