Restore simulation with data (#1053)

  1. Simulation with data basically works now
  2. Plot1DFrame, Plot2DFrame, Fit1DFrame, Fit2DFrame now have the same code style in .h/.cpp
  3. DataFromSim is removed in favor of universal DataFromJob
