Move GUI/Views/InfoWidgets/GroupInfoBox.* to GUI/Views/PropertyEditor/

reorg_dirs into develop

Since only ComponentEditor inside PropertyEditor uses the GroupInfoBox, it is moved there. With this the dependency on PropertyEditor on InfoWidgets is removed.
