Wrapper for softmatter models

Beerwerth, Randolf requested to merge develop-softmatter_wrapper into develop

This add a wrapper to parse and simulation the softmatter models by the Anaklasis program

Usage: Take script from Anaklasis, add ba header: from bornagain import ba_softmatter Call functions from wrappre: ba_softmatter.anaklasis_something

This is an ad-hoc implementation, no severe testing was done.
