Run deheader on files in GUI

t.knopffrequested to merge
reorg_dirs into develop

With some effort, managed to run deheader on the source files in the GUI directory so that unnecessary include statements can be identified and removed.

Some cleanup as a preparation before further inspecting the dependencies between components.
