Since !2274 (merged), tests fail because the Python bornagain module is not found. To get them back to work, we seem to need -DBA_PY_PACKAGE=ON.

• Is it still possible, and meaningful, to build BornAgain in no-package mode? If yes, document. If no, remove parameter BA_PY_PACKAGE for good.
• Document need to install auditwheel. Or can we make it optional?

Currently, it is not possible to run the Python-related tests with BA_PY_PACKAGE=OFF. Yet, it is still possible to compile BornAgain without making a Python package; in this sense, it makes still sense to keep the option BA_PY_PACKAGE.

The auditwheel Python package is only needed when one needs the final Python wheel on Linux. Otherwise, it is not needed.

Perhaps it is useful to distinguish two options BORNAGAIN_PYTHON and BA_PY_PACKAGE:
We can change the CMake scripts so that with BORNAGAIN_PYTHON=ON (default ON) the Python interface is produced without any Python package (wheel) and Python tests can run as before. The Python package is produced only if BA_PY_PACKAGE=ON (default OFF).
