Reflectometry data files from 20.0 and 20.2 are not recognized while opening in upcoming v22

After fixing this, the backward compatibility autotests for 20.0 and 20.2 can be enabled in Tests/Functional/GUIProjectCompatibility/GUIprojects.cpp

Data files can be loaded.

Project file Tests/GUIprojects/v20_0/v20_0.ba cannot be loaded; fails with popup window that says

Failed to load the project '/G/sw/ba/Tests/GUIprojects/v20_0/v20_0.ba' 

Exception thrown 'Data and simulation have different number of x bins

As we do not want to relax this constraint, we have to accept that project file compatibility will be partly lost in v22.

Let me look at this later. There shouldn't be so many differences between 20.0 and 20.2, probably we can fix that.
