Simulation problem

I will get different result when I choose real data. Is it a bug?

I suspect that the apparent difference between the two simulation plots comes from the different color scales.

But It's very weird. I didn't change anything. That is original simulation graph.

Intensity-vs-color scale is changed when their are data to facilitate comparison of data and simulation.
