Revise UnitTests/Numeric (replaces #951)

Before, tests passed under clang, but failed under gcc

* Print q if a test fails
* Modify q set (add low-symmetry directions, rm intermediate magnitudes)
* Replace template mechanism by lambda function call
* Resolve parameter initialization into explicit 4D loop
* Remove one level of inheritance
* Provide comments
* Add tests for FullSpheroid

Simplify integrator

Previous version was only effective when bindings where freshly
generated.

Previous version generated under clang caused problems under gcc.

Change Ripple1 API and implementation

* Make names more uniform: FormFactorRipple1* where *=Box,Gauss,Lorentz
* Implementation through inheritance from ProfileRipple1
* Form factor in elongation direction x computed in namespace ripples

Enable Mac OS travis build

Change FormFactorDot. Suppress warnings. Edit FFCatalog.

In passing, eliminate a few other warnings too.

don't print threshold if data agree exactly

adapt GUI to change of FormFactorDot argument
