MSVC: switch to boost::time instead of linux time, RootMinimizers now compiled as static, switch to MathFunctions::isnan in functional tests

MSVC: issue with dynamic auto linking of boost libraries against wish of cmake, order of inheritance in the case of multiple inheritance

Mesocrystal test is faster now, check for BOOST version (<1.48 gives buggy PythonAPI), cmake is fully working
