With the new compiled Boost on the Windows machine, there is no need to add
zlib, bzip2, lzma, and zstd as extra dependencies. The compiled Boost binaries
include `libboost_zlib` and `libboost_bzip2` (lzma and zstd are not required).

fix windows warning LNK4098 (defaultlib 'XYZ' conflicts with use of other libs) also for debug (debug compilation was broken)

Setting the CPACK_PACKAGE_FILE_NAME is done in every of the OS related scripts, which are called after the removed command
