Towards releasable Manual: 

- remove chapter on Usage
- merge Parts II and III into one Part II = Reference
- outcomment sections BasicRef::Intensity and ForFactor::Usage
- replace wrong section heading Mesocrystals by Lateral order ...
- revert to conventional page numbering, except in draft mode
