BUILDER_TSMP2_PDAF: some additional adjustments

BUILDER_TSMP2_PDAF into master
  1. Add TSMP2-PDAF builds on JURECA
  2. Add TSMP2-PDAF builds for branch esmbuildbot in TSMP2 repo. This way other branches than the master could be tested (by copying them to esmbuildbot), e.g. mature PR branches
