BUILDER_TSMP2_PDAF: eCLM-PDAF build in TSMP2-framework

BUILDER_TSMP2_PDAF is adapted from BUILDER_TSMP2.

Changes:

  • project, builder-name renamed to TSMP2-PDAF
  • cmd for step "remove submodules" changed to find models/ -mindepth 2 -delete (idea: no *, used, while directories are emptied, but not removed).
  • cmd for step build via build_tsmp2: ./build_tsmp2.sh -v --eCLM --PDAF. The -v causes verbose builds of eCLM and PDAF

The pipeline is failing - suggestions are welcome!
