Here are the updates from master (note: MG=measurement grid, RG=retrieval grid):

  • Bug fixed: time not saved in previous version
  • Global attrs saved as character (esier to handle in Fortran)
  • Add BASCOE option to keep/delete some varibles in RG file
  • In RGO mode (i.e. Retrieval Grid Only that you may have with -R option), MG not calculated or saved. This make runtime much faster

Two things that I would like to update (or that you could do):

  1. rename sim_CAIRT_retrieval_grid.py by sim_CAIRT_grid.py (because this code do more than the retrieval grid)
  2. rename the project tangent_point_altius by sim_CAIRT_grid (or anything that does not related to ALTIUS)
