import of file that sets size of person according to its ID inside petrack (not code or marker ID)

--> import of file that sets markerID of person according to his/her personID insode petrack

• create button "import markerID"
• import and process file including personID and markerID
• make accessible via terminal input argument (?)
• write (and read) filename to pet-file (?)
