Open empty sequence

When opening a pet-file with no SRC, i.e. no video/image-sequence, the currently loaded sequence should be unloaded.

That is, when doing the following:

1. Open Project with sequence
2. Open Project without sequence

PeTrack should be in a state without a sequence.
