Wrong persons gets selected when adding a comment

When 'show only people ...' selected and focused on a specific individual, and when I use the comment tool the 'show only people ...' starts to show the last person (e.g. I'm working on participant 19, but when I use comment it automatically starts to show participant 81 -the last person)
