Ellipse masks must not be rotated

After discussion:

Remove the degree of freedom that allows ellipse rotations.

Original report:

pixelized rotated ellipse mask does not match shape displayed in GUI

Rarely used, accessible only through mask properties editor.

Also restore Shape2DTest/Ellipse
