Removal of Project View in the Side Bar

Currently the Project View only contains options about the general ui of borngain:

  1. Selection of which instruments to show: This defines which instrument buttons are visible in the Tab "Intrument View"
  2. Selection to show multiple or only one instrument: Disables/enables the listview in "Intrument View", Changes displayed List View Headers e.g "Data" -> "2d Data", "3D Data"
  3. Selection to show multiple or only one sample : Disables/enables the listview in "Sample View"
  4. Set as default: uses current configuration of the points 1. 2. 3. as default config.

The things are actions a user would not use very often and only concern the general way of how the gui is represented. The config may be stored project specific but are semantically only info about how the gui is shown. Therefore these options should not be located inside their own "Project" View of the main SideBar but rather be part of a menu entry like "View" inside the global menu.

When a user is currently in a Tab like "Intruments" or "Samples" it is not intuitive to navigate to one of the other SideBar tabs to change a setting concerning the current views ui. Rather have that setting available only inside the corresponding view or in the global menu to quickly change between the simple or complex representation
